Quick Easy Breakfast Ideas

I used to struggle with finding healthy breakfast recipes that were quick and easy to make. During the week, my mornings are super busy from getting myself ready to go into the office and getting my daughter ready for school. Having quick and easy breakfast recipes is critical for us not to be late.

I love being able to whip up my breakfast less than 10 minutes before I’m running out of the house. You should give this recipe a try:

PB&J Snickerdoodle Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup / 170 g ice

  • 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Shakeology

  • ½ cup fresh (or frozen) strawberries

  • ½ cup fresh (or frozen) raspberries

  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp. all-natural smooth nut butter

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp. Flex Seeds

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, strawberries, raspberries, and cocoa powder in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for 15 to 30 seconds, or until melted. Hold a serving glass at an angle; drizzle peanut butter into a glass while turning the glass. Pour shake into a glass. Serve immediately; enjoy with a spoon.
